文氏棒喷淋塔的流体力学性能

摘要 通过冷模实验研究了文氏棒层喷淋塔的流体力学特性,测量了不同空隙率文氏棒层的干板压降、湿板压降、泡沫层高度等数据,以及文氏棒层上的流动区域演化规律,考察了气、液操作参数和文氏棒结构尺寸对压降的影响,并进一步分析拟合得到了文氏棒塔干板压降、湿板压降、泡沫层高度和拦液点与溅液点气速的计算关联式。结果表明,文氏棒塔的湿板压降特性曲线包含润湿区、泡沫区和溅沫区3个区域;比穿流栅板塔及筛板塔的阻力更低、操作弹性范围更宽;拟合的文氏棒塔流体力学特性关联式计算值与实验吻合较好,优于文献中相关的关联式,可为棒层空隙率30%以下的文氏棒塔设计参考。 The hydrodynamic characteristics of a Venturi-rod spray tower were investigated by cold experiments. The dry plate pressure drop, wet plate pressure drop and froth height of the spray tower with the Venturi-rod deck of different voidages were measured and the evolution of the gas- liquid flow pattern on the tray was determined. Correlations for dry plate pressure drop, wet plate pressure drop, froth height, bubble gas velocity and flooding gas velocity were developed according to the experiments. The results showed that the wet plate pressure drop was characterized by three zones, named wetting zone, bubble zone and flooding zone. And Venturi-rod tower possessed lower flow resistance and wider operating range than grid tray tower and sieve tray tower. The calculations of the proposed correlations were in a good agreement with experiments, which was better than those correlations provided in literatures, and thus could provide a reference for the design of Venturi-rod tower with the voidage of 30% or less.
