摘要
绞吸船施工工艺复杂,涉及到挖掘工艺和输送技术,其中输送过程与泥泵性能、管路特性及操作手法等密切相关。文中主要通过对输送过程泥泵工况点、泥泵与柴油机特性匹配的分析,寻找到理论较优工况以及绞吸船施工输送过程一般规律,探讨绞吸船施工分析方法,以对绞吸船的有效施工操作提供指导。
The technology of a cutter-suction dredger for dredging operations is complex, including excavation and transporttechnology. The transport process is associated with the performance of dredge pumps, characteristics of pipelines and operatingmethods. We try to find the optimum conditions of a dredge pump in theory by analyzing the best efficiency point of a dredgepump and the matching betweena dredge pump anda diesel engine as well as the general law of transport process. We alsodiscuss the methods for the analysis of the operation of a cutter suction dredger. It＇s hoped that this study may provide someguidelines for effective operation of cutter-suction dredgers.
