摘要
为减小高空作业车举升机构液压缸的作用力,利用ADAMS机械系统动力学仿真软件建立举升机构虚拟样机模型,对举升机构作业过程进行动力学仿真,得到各构件铰链点的作用力。在此基础上,基于ADAMS集成的优化算法,以下臂与上臂液压缸作用力最小为优化目标,对举升机构的各铰链点位置进行优化。优化结果表明,优化后举升机构的下臂与上臂液压缸作用力减小,相比优化前作用力分别减少了8.04%与3.54%。该研究可为减小高空作业车举升机构液压缸的作用力提供参考,以降低制造成本。
In order to reduce the cylinder force of aerial work vehicle lifting mechanism,a virtual prototype model was established by using the mechanical system dynamics software ADAMS.The working process of lifting mechanism was simulated by ADAMS to analyze the dynamic character and get the force of each joint between components.On this basis,the locations of each revolute joint on the lifting mechanism were optimized by using the optimization algorithm of OPTDES in ADAMS/View,which took hydraulic cylinder force of lower arm and upper arm as the minimum optimization goal.The optimization results indicated that the maximal cylinder forces reduced greatly,with the reduction of 8.04% and 3.54% respectively.The research can provide reference for reducing the cylinder forces of the aerial work vehicle lifting mechanism so that to get a lower cost.
