摘要
为提高菠萝纤维的可纺性,本文以抗菌聚酯纤维、莱赛尔、长绒棉和菠萝纤维为原料,对菠萝纤维多组分混纺针织纱线的纺制工艺进行研究。采用原料混合的工艺方法,在棉纺普梳纺纱的工艺流程上,纺制了抗菌聚酯纤维/莱赛尔/长绒棉/菠萝纤维18.2tex四合一混纺针织纱,并给出了混合纺制针织用纱的工艺流程及其主要工艺参数,对其关键的纺制技术进行分析,制定了合理的工艺参数,并对菠萝纤维混纺纱进行了织造实验。实验结果表明,菠萝纤维混纺纱各项质量指标均满足针织物用纱的要求。该研究成功的开发出满足生产要求的针织混纺纱,拓展了菠萝纤维的应用范围,具有一定的实际应用价值。
In order to improve the spinning ability of pineapple fiber,the spinning process of multi component blended knitting yarn of pineapple fiber was studied in this paper,using antibacterial polyester fiber,lyocell,cotton and pineapple fiber as raw materials.The 18.2tex pineapple fiber/polyester/cotton/lyocell blended knitting yarn was spun using raw material mixing process method on the basis of carded cotton spinning process,and the technological process and the main technical parameters of the mixed spinning of knitting yarn are presented.The process and the main process parameters of spinning blended knitting yarn were discussed and the critical spinning technology was analyzed.The weaving experiment of pineapple fiber blended yarn was carried out.The experimental results show that all the quality indexes meet the requirements of knitting yarn.This research successfully develops the blended knitting yarn that meets the production requirements,expands the application scope of pineapple fiber and has a certain practical application value
