摘要
从促进小学校园足球和运动员全面发展出发,以足球教练员执教能力作为评价对象,主要运用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、层次分析法等方法,构建了小学校园足球教练员执教能力评价指标体系的内容及各指标权重,旨在能为教练员提供检测自身能力水平的参考,对进一步提高自身执教能力起着导向作用,同时学校也可以以此标准作为应聘教练员的参考依据。
From the promotion of the elementary school campus football and athletes of the overall development of the,to football coaches coaching ability as the evaluation object,the main use of literature method,interview method,questionnaire investigation method,analytic hierarchy process method,constructs the primary school football coaches coaching ability evaluation index system of the content and the weight of each index,aiming to offer their ability level reference tests to coaches,to further improve their teaching ability,plays a guiding role.At the same time,the school also can this standard as candidate reference for coaches.
