不同胰岛素给药方式治疗糖尿病酮症酸中毒的效果

The effect of different insulin regimens in treatment of diabetic ketoacidosis

目的对比观察静脉滴注与胰岛素泵皮下注射两种给药方式对糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者的治疗效果差异。方法将2015年1月-2015年8月期间住院部所收治的糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者共80例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组、观察组。对照组采取胰岛素连续静脉输注治疗,观察组采取胰岛素泵连续皮下输注治疗,对比两组患者疗效差异以及血糖控制情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%（38/40）,明显高于对照组的77.50%（P〈0.05）;观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖监测值均明显低于对照组,差异均具统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论应用胰岛素泵连续皮下输注治疗糖尿病酮症酸中毒效果确切,其临床疗效理想,血糖控制效果佳。

Objective To contrast observation of intravenous drip and subcutaneous injection of insulin pump treatment effect on the treatment of patients with diabetic ketoacidosis. Methods This study will be from January 2015 to August 2015 in our hospital during the inpatient admitted by a total of 80 patients with diabetic ketoacidosis as the research objects, were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Control group take continuous intravenous insulin therapy,observation group treated with continuous subcutaneous insulin pump infusion. Compared to two groups of patients with curative effects and blood sugar control. Results the observation group treatment the total effective rate was 95.00%（38/40）, significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）; Observation group fasting blood glucose, 2 h postprandial blood glucose monitoring values were significantly lower than the control group,（P〈0.05）. Conclusion the treatment of diabetic ketoacidosis application of continuous subcutaneous insulin pump infusion treatment effect is exact, the clinical curative effect is ideal,good blood glucose control,which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
