慢加急性肝衰竭中西医结合治疗方案临床研究

Clinical study of combined treatment of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of acute and chronic liver failure

目的探讨慢加急性肝衰竭中西医结合治疗效果。方法选取收治的80例慢加急性肝衰竭患者,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各40例,两组患者均给予常规西医治疗,在此基础上,观察组患者加用中医治疗,对比两组患者的疗效。结果两组患者总有效率比较,观察组患者效果更加显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);院后48周随访,观察组患者的死亡率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗慢加急性肝衰竭疗效确切,可有效改善肝功能,提升患者的生活质量,临床应用价值明显。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of combined treatment of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of chronic and acute liver failure. Methods 80 patients with acute liver failure treated in our hospital in the past 2 years, according to the digital random method, which is divided into the observation group（n = 40） and the control group（n = 40）, the two groups were given conventional western medicine treatment, on this basis, the observation group of patients with Chinese medicine treatment, compared with two groups of patients with curative effect. Results The total effective rate of the two groups was more obvious than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; the mortality rate was significantly lower in the 48 weeks after hospital, the mortality was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combined treatment of Chinese and Western medicine in treatment of chronic and acute liver failure is effective, can effectively improve liver function, improve the quality of life of patients,clinical application value is obvious.
