面向SAR解译的OpenSAR数据开放共享平台

An open platform of SAR database for SAR image interpretation

大量带有真值标注的数据集是SAR图像解译研究的重要基础和支撑。在推动SAR图像解译研究发展面临的诸多困难之中,缺少一个开放共享的数据集用于解译算法的研究和公平测试比较,是其中一个非常重要的因素。文中主要介绍构建的国内第一个面向SAR图像解译的数据开放共享在线平台:OpenSAR。详细介绍了OpenSAR平台的设计思想、功能组成、关键技术和已有数据集。通过该平台的构建,对于SAR解译研究能够取得良好的促进作用。

A large quantity of data as well as true values are the foundation for S A R imageinterpretation. A m o n g the difficulties we laced in promoting S A R image interpretation, lacking an openplatform which has datasets for research and test is the most. This paper mainly describes a platform ：O p e n S A R , the first open one to be built domestically, which is online and sharing for S A R data as wellas associated algorithms. It also describes the design details ^functional compositions, key technologies, aswell as existing datasets already in O p e n S A R platform. By building this platform, the study on S A Rimage interpretation can be well accelerated.
