摘要
针对车削加工过程中颤振现象,将希尔伯特-黄(Hilbert-Huang)变换方法引入到车削颤振特征提取中。通过对振动信号进行经验模态分解(EMD)获得一系列固有模态函数(IMF),筛选出合适的分量,计算敏感分量的方差和主要分量的瞬时能量分布,并将其作为判断车削发生颤振的依据。用实测振动信号验证了该方法提取的车削颤振特征量,可以作为颤振发生的判断依据。
Considering the chatter occurred in cutting,Hilbert-Huang transform were introduced toextract the chatter feature. In the method,it decomposed a vibration signal into a series of intrinsic modefunctions ( IMFs ) by empirical mode decomposition ( EMD ). It screens the appropriate components,calculates the variance of the I M F with rich chatter information and instantaneous energy distribution ofthe main components, and uses them as the basis for judging cutting chatter. The results of actualvibration signals show that extracting chatter feature by Hilbert-Huang transform can be used as basis forjudging the occurrence of chatter.
