基于模糊理论摆式陀螺仪悬挂带的优化设计

摘要 摆式陀螺仪为陀螺经纬仪的核心部件,以摆式陀螺仪的悬挂带为研究对象,提出了利用模糊理论结合设计水平、零件的制造水平、零件材料的好坏、零件的重要程度四个因素对悬挂带安全系数进行模糊综合评价。确定合理的安全系数后,根据陀螺仪工作时要求悬挂带对陀螺灵敏部产生的反作用力最小的原则,从而进行悬挂带的最佳宽厚比计算。通过优化设计使悬挂带既能保证安全又能节省材料。 Suspended gyrocompass is the main part of gyro-theodolite. Based on fuzzy theory,the paper discusses the suspended band safety factor according to design-level, technologyability,material-quality, component-importance. After obtaining the safety factor, theoptimum scale width and thickness are calculated according to the principle that the force bandacting on the gyro's sensitiveness department is the smallest. Through optimized design, thesuspended band ensures safety and saves material.
