摘要
利用HAP模拟程序探索建筑空调系统的优化方案,通过对实例工程广州某大型办公建筑A、B塔楼进行空调能耗模拟,采用不同空调主机配置方案,比较其初投资和运行能耗。结果表明部分负荷占有的频率较高,在实际大型工程中央空调主机选型时应结合部分负荷分布,合理选用小机;此外变频机组虽然初投资稍高,但节能效果显著,投资回收年限相对较短,在实际工程中可取。
The simulation program HAP was used to explore optimization scheme of air conditioning systems, the air conditioning energy consumption of A and B towers of a large -scale office building in Guangzhou were simulated, dijferent air-conditioning unit configuration plans was used to compare their initial investment and operation energy consumption. The results showed that because partied load has a larger proportion, central air-conditioning unit selection in the actual large-scale projects should combine with the partial load distribution, to make a reasonable selection of small-scale units; In addition, although the initial investment of frequency conversion units was slightly higher, the energy sewing effect was remarkable, the recovery period of the equipment investments was relatively short, it was desirable in the actual project.
