摘要
1945年抗战胜利前夕,安徽省政府编辑出版《安徽省战时损失概况》一书。该书认为,战时安徽存在宿县等15个完全沦陷县份。种种史料表明,此说不能成立。
On the eve of victory of Anti - Japanese War in 1945, the government of Anhui province edited a book named Overview of losses in war - time of Anhui province. This book holes the view that there were 15 counties which were totally occu-pied by enemy such as Su county. All sorts of historical data show that this point of view can＇t be established.
