摘要
依据机场行业发展趋势和飞机噪声影响评价工作实际特点,结合近年内完成的新建、改扩建、枢纽干线及通用等类别典型机场噪声影响评价案例,对现行声导则中包括噪声评价量、评价时段、噪声评价范围、等级确定、现状评价以及噪声预测及评价等方面的内容进行分析研究并提出建议,同时提出研究多样化的机场噪声综合治理思路,旨在为声导则修订和优化提供参考,更好地指导机场项目声环境影响评价实践。
According to the development trend of airport industry and practical characteristics of airplane noise impact assessment, in combination with several typical noise impact assessment cases of newly constructed, reconstructed and expansion projects, this paper analyzed and gave recommendations in the following contents about the Technical Guidelines for Noise Impact Assessment （ 2009 ） ： noise assessment value, assessment period, assessment scope, assessment grade, environmental status assessment, and noise prediction and assessment. In addition, this paper proposed ideas of comprehensive airport noise management. The aim of this paper was to put forward suggestions for the revision and optimization work of the Technical Guidelines for Noise Impact Assessment （ 2009 ） , and to guide practical EIA of airport projects.
