应用臭气强度计算化工污水处理装置卫生防护距离方法探讨 被引量:4

摘要 化工企业污水处理装置无组织排放的恶臭气体污染一直是环保部门及公众关注的焦点。因此,该类项目卫生防护距离的确定也是环评工作的重点。以兰州某石化公司化工污水处理装置为例,在确定无组织排放源相关参数及气象资料的基础上,采用AERMOD模式计算恶臭污染物以《工业企业设计卫生标准》(TJ 36—79)中的一次最高容许浓度作为标准限值时的卫生防护距离为400 m,以臭气强度为1.5级时的污染物浓度作为标准限值时为1 400 m,并与《石油化工企业卫生防护距离》(SH 3093—1999)给出的900 m进行对比,确定采用1 400 m作为该项目的卫生防护距离进行管理。 Fugitive emissions of malodorous gas pollution from chemical sewage treatment devices are the focus of attention for environmental protection departments and the public. Therefore, the emphasis thing in these projects is to determine the health protection distance of the EIA work. Taking the chemical sewage treatment device project of a petrochemical industry company in Lanzhou as an example, based on determining the related parameters of unorganized emission sources and meteorological data, by using AERMOD model and the TJ 36-79 a maximum allowable concentration limits as standard this paper calculates the health protection distance for odor pollutants is 400 m, and when the concentration of pollutants in odor intensity at Level 1.5 as the standard limits is 1 400 m. In addition, these results are compared with 900 m from Health Protection Distance for Petrochemical Industry Enterprises (SH 3093-1999). Finally, 1 400 m is determined to be the health protection distance for management in this project.
