民办本科院校应用型人才培养路径的研究

培养经济社会发展所急需多应用型人才是民办本科院校的理智选择,本文对应用性人才的内涵界定,主要特征,以及科学分析民办本科高校人才培养中的制约因素和主要问题进行了分析,并提出民办本科院校应用性人才培养应以对接地方产业优化专业结构为前提,以探索灵活多样的人才培养模式为关键,以课程体系和教学内容改革为核心,以实践教学体系的构建和完善为着力点,以教学方法改革为突破口,以质量监控体系的完善为保障.

It is a rational option for non-govemmental colleges and universities to cultivate the much-needed application-oriented talented people for the society. The paper analyses the connotation of talent, its main characteristics, as well as the restraining factors and the key problems in training talented people in non-govemmental colleges and universities, it also puts forward some ideas to connect to the local industry, optimize pro-fessional structures, explore the flexible training mode, reform the curriculum system and course contents, con-struct and perfect the practical teaching system, reform the pedagogical approaches and improve the monitoring system.
