摘要
在转型发展的机遇下,民办高校原有的管理模式已经不适应转型发展的目标与要求.近几年在我国管理领域流行的企业化管理模式与民办高校结合后具有权责明确、降低成本、形成特色等优势.因此,建议民办高校引入企业化管理模式,通过加快管理去行政化步伐;鼓励管理人员继续深造或去企业挂职锻炼等方式提高管理人员的能力;并及时对企业化管理进行评估改进等路径实现管理转型.此研究为民办高校管理模式的创新具有一定的参考价值,为民办高校的转型发展及“双创”目标实现提供思路.
Under the opportunity of transformation and development, the original management pattern of private colleges has not adapted themselves to the goal of transformation developments and requirements. In recent years, the enterprise management mode, popular in the field of the management in China, has been wed-ded with the private colleges. The advantages are clear to see, such as clear responsibility, cost reduction, feature formation and so on. So it is suggested that private colleges and universities can introduce the enterprise management model by accelerating deadministration, encouraging administrators to further their study or going into companies to temper themselves and improving their managerial competence, and timely to evaluate business management transformation, or use such a manner to realize management transformation. This research has a certain reference value towards the innovation of the management model of private colleges, and it also pro-vides new ideas for its transformation and the udouble innovationtarget.
