摘要
采用氧化镁烟气脱硫废渣制备了类水滑石(HTLcs),将其焙烧制备了用以醇解废聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)的新型催化剂。对催化剂及降解产物进行了表征,并研究了煅烧温度对催化剂结构和性能的影响。在乙二醇溶剂中,用所制催化剂醇解废PET得到对苯二甲酸双羟乙酯(BHET),获得了最优实验条件:催化剂煅烧温度为500℃,醇解温度为198℃,催化剂质量分数为2.0%时,BHET的产率达69.34%。催化剂重复使用4次,其催化性能基本保持不变。该催化剂在固体废物处理和高分子降解领域具有潜在的应用价值。
The hydrotalcite-like compounds(HTLcs)are prepared with the magnesia flue gas desulfurization residues. Then HTLcs are calcined to obtain the catalyst for degradation of waste poly(ethylene terephthalate)(PET). The catalyst and catalyzed products are characterized. The effects of calcining temperature on the structure and properties of HTLcs are studied as well. Bis-hydroxyethyl terephthalate(BHET) is produced in glycol solvent by waste PET alcoholysis with the catalyst. The yield of BHET reaches 69.34% under the optimal experimental conditions shown as follows: the calcining temperature is 500 ℃, the temperature of alcoholysis is 198 ℃ and the mass ratio of catalyst is 2.0%. The activity of recycled catalyst remains unchanged after reused for 4 times. The catalyst exhibits potential in solid waste treatment and polymer degradation.
