摘要
采用XY-S型催化剂与专用催化剂混合后在300 kt/a的全密度聚乙烯装置上试用。通过逐步提高XY-S型催化剂的比例,研究了XY-S型催化剂与专用催化剂的不同配比对操作条件和线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)性能的影响,并根据工艺指标及LLDPE性能的变化及时调整工艺参数,以确保装置平稳运行,保证产品质量合格。经试用,提高XY-S型催化剂的用量,催化剂成本显著下降,经济效益明显提高。
Catalyst XY-S and specialized catalyst were mixed for trial production in 300 kt/a full density polyethylene(PE)unit. The impact of different ratios of these catalysts on operating conditions and properties of linear low density polyethylene(LLDPE)were observed by increasing the proportion of XY-S gradually. The process parameters were adjusted according to the changes of the technical index and performance of LLDPE to ensure smooth running of the unit as well as the quality of products. The dosage of catalyst XY-S is improved after trial, which reduces the cost of catalyst significantly and boosts profitability of the unit.
