摘要
综述了应用于智能电网的环氧树脂浇注材料、电缆绝缘材料、绝缘子材料、绝缘油、硅橡胶绝缘材料等在国内的应用现状,并对绝缘材料在智能电网中的发展方向及前景进行了展望。开发新型环氧树脂浇注材料和硅橡胶绝缘材料,以改善制品的抗污秽性能;优化复合绝缘子的配比,提高绝缘子的污闪电压;环氧树脂绝缘子的结构设计必须考虑环氧固化物内应力释放而造成的开裂问题,在复合绝缘子的基础上,要不断研发新的绝缘子材料;植物绝缘油的生产成本低、生物降解性好以及原料来源广,添加适当的添加剂提高植物绝缘油的理化性能,从而改善其抗氧化性能。
This paper reviews the application of insulating materials such as epoxy casting material,cable insulating material, insulator, insulating oil, silicon rubber in Chinese smart grid as well as its future development. New epoxy casting material and silicon rubber are developed to improve the contamination prevention of products. The proportion of composite insulator is optimized to enhance its flashover voltage. The cracking caused by stress relief from cured epoxy resin must be taken into account in structure design for epoxy insulator, therefore new insulator needs to be developed on the basis of composite insulator. Vegetable insulating oil, featuring rich materials, biological degradability, and low production cost, can be improved by adding additives with respect to antioxidant, physical and chemical properties.
