传统武术传承人保护机制研究——基于“非遗”视角

On the Protection Mechanism of Traditional Wushu Inheritor from the Perspective of "Intangible Culture Heritage"

非物质文化遗产的传承与保护,推动了文化大发展大繁荣,提升社会主义价值观,增强了国家文化的软实力。传统武术借助非物质文化遗产提速地契机,扭转了武术的传承危机,使更多的传统武术项目纳入到"非遗"名录。而传承人是传统武术传承的核心,对传承人的保护无疑是对中国传统体育文化的保护。文章将明确传承主体,立足于国家的法律法规层面,保护传承人传承的原真性和整体性,使传承人在"非遗"的文化安全视阀下探索出多快好省的保护机制。

Inheritance and protection of intangible cultural heritage promote the development of cultural prosperity, and promote socialist values, enhance the soft power of national culture. Traditional Wushu with the aid of intangible culture heritage, reverse the inheritance crisis of Wushu, and can have more traditional Wushu into the list of ＂Intangible Culture Heritage＂. While inheritor is the core of the inheritance of traditional Wushu, the protection of inheritors is the protection of traditional Chinese sports culture. This article makes clear the main body of traditional Wushu inheritance, based on the level of the country＇s laws and regulations, protects the originality and integrity of inheritor, and have inheritors own an better protection mechanism under the view of ＂Intangible Culture Heritage＂.
