This paper analyzes the framework of the incentive mechanism for the interaction and cooperation between vocational colleges and industrial parks,probes into the main body,system and content of the mechanism,and pres-ents three basic principles of fairness and justice, diversification and differentiation, timeliness and long-acting effec-tiveness.
