摘要
近些年,互联网和电子商务的迅猛发展对老字号企业的管理造成巨大冲击,老字号企业已不得不重新审视和改进自己的管理模式。很多老字号都在想通过网络销售,去库存、降成本、补短板,参与供给侧改革的实践。研究显示:"互联网+"并不非常适合传统老字号企业,而"+互联网"才是适合传统老字号企业参与互联网经营的模式,因为这种模式既能较好地保留老字号的传统优势,又可以增强老字号的网上销售渠道。老字号参与供给侧改革,可以通过增强系统运作能力来增强自身的市场竞争力,即通过在供应链上提升效率、降低成本,可以实现"去库存、降成本、补短板"等供给侧改革的目标。
In recent years, the rapid development of Internet and e-commerce has great impact on the management of time-honored enterprise. These enterprises have to re-examine and improve their own management model. Many time-honored enterprises want to sell their products or services through internet to de-stock, to lower cost, to compensate for its weakness and to participate in supply-side reform. Research shows that Internet Plus is not suitable for the traditional time -honored enterprise, but Plus Internet is suitable for traditional time -honored enterprise to participate in the Internet management model, because this model can well retain the traditional advantages and enlarge the internet sale channels of time -honored enterprise. With the participation in supply -side reform, the time -honored enterprise can enhance its market competiveness by improving its system operation, specifically speaking, improving the efficiency of the chain, lowering cost, destocking to achieve the goal of supply-side reform.
