摘要
文章针对现有技术对气力输送管道中煤粉沉积工况检测存在的问题,提出了一种基于4极板电容式传感器的解决方案。将传感器安装在工艺管道最易发生沉积的位置。分别测出传感器底部两相对极板间电容值和顶部两相对极板间电容值,采用将两电容值求差的信号处理方法。当所测差值电容大于所标定的煤粉沉积厚度阈值对应的差值电容时,即表明发生煤粉沉积。实验表明,该方案消除了信号电缆分布电容、传感器零点电容等参数变化对测量结果造成的影响,且信号处理电路简单,提高了检测的可靠性、准确度。
This paper put forward a method based on the 4 electrode capacitance concentration sensor aiming at the problem of the existing technology of the detection on pulverized coal deposit condition in the pneumatic conveyor.Putting the sensor in the place which is most vulnerable to be deposited.We measured the capacitance values between the two electrodes both in the bottom space and the top space of the capacitance sensor, then made the difference of the two values.The deposit condition could be identified when the measured value is bigger than the threshold value.Experimental results showed that,the scheme eliminates the impact of the cable capacitance and the capacitance when there is no coal in the pneumatic conveyor.The circuit for signal processing is also simple.The reliability, accuracy of the detection has been greatly improved by this method.
