摘要
目前,我国大部分小型机械、零件加工企业都采用着原始的上下料方式,即人工上下料。在手动上料过程中,往往需要员工的手离高速旋转的刀具、压力巨大的液压机等非常近,存在着极大的安全隐患。为了提高生产的安全性和适当提高生产效率,文章设计了一种扳头铣齿工序的自动上下料机构。
At present,most of the small machinery and parts processing enterprises in our country adopt the original material feeding mode.Manual feeding process often requires the staff of the hand from the high speed rotation of the tool,the huge pressure of the hydraulic press and so on,there is a great security risk.In order to improve the production safety and appropriate to improve the production efficiency,this paper introduced the design of automatic loading and unloading mechanism of a spanner gear milling process.
