摘要
随着大众化教育的来临,高等学校毕业生的就业质量一直是热门问题。文章通过2014~2015年CCSS调查数据,以广东白云学院为例,利用因子分析建立就业质量评价体系,得出"高"与"低"就业质量的评价标准。然后,通过二元Logistic回归,并通过模型估计和检验,其结果表明,广东白云学院学生的性别、专业兴趣、大学生活满意度、期间任职、英语水平对就业质量产生了显著影响。
With the advent of mass education^the quality of employment of graduates of colleges and universities has been a hot issue.In this paper^through the CCSS 2014~2015 survey data^taking the Guangdong Baiyun University as an example^we useed factor analysis to establish the evaluation system of employment quality^obtained the"high"and"low"evaluation of the quality of the evaluation criteria.Then through binary logistic regression^and through the model estimation and test^the results showed that^Guangdong Baiyun college students' sex^professional interest^university life satisfaction^during service^english level on the quality of employment produced significant influence.
