摘要 交联反应的时间取决于DCP的分解速度,DCP的分解速度通常用半衰期来衡量,根据交联聚乙烯绝缘料的半衰期,利用"NCC"软件进行计算,确定生产过程中绝缘线芯在交联管里停留的时间和温度,编制一套生产工艺,实现停车时留管绝缘线芯保留,减少每次启停车的费用,降低交联电缆成本。 Cross-linked chemical reaction time is determined by decompose speed of DCP that is measured by half-life period. Based on half-life period of cross linked insulation materials, by the calculation of "NCC" software, the time and temperature of insulated cores kept in XLPE manufacture tubes is determined. A set of production technical process is compiled. Production technique of keeping insulated cores in manufacture tubes is realized when the ma-chines are stopped. Costs of every time machine start-stops are deduced. Costs of cross linked cables are reduced.
