探析社区老年慢性病患者用药依从性

Analysis on the medication compliance of elderly chronic diseases patients in community

目的:探析社区老年慢性病患者用药依从性。方法:收治老年慢性病患者77例,分析用药依从性差的原因。结果:47例患者用药依从性存在问题,所占比例61%。结论:为了提高老年慢性病患者用药依从性,需要找出用药依从性差的原因,根据这些原因采取具体措施,提高用药依从性,帮助患者改善病情,提高生活质量。

Objective：To analyze the medication compliance of elderly chronic diseases patients in community.Methods：77 cases of elderly chronic diseases patients were selected.The reasons for poor medication compliance were analyzed.Results：The medication compliances of 47 patients had problems,accounting for 61% of the proportion of the total proportion.Conclusion：In order to improve the medication compliance of elderly chronic diseases patients,it needs to find out the reasons of poor medication compliance,according to these reasons to take specific measures,and improve the medication compliance,and help to improve the condition of patients and improve the quality of life.
