目的:发热是小儿患病常见的症状,体温过高会对身体产生不利影响。目前治疗小儿发热主要有物理降温和药物退热,其中药物退热对控制小儿发热起着重要的作用。本文通过介绍小儿常用退热药物的作用特点和注意事项,为临床上选择适合的药物治疗提供基础,避免小儿退热药物的不合理用药,保证小儿用药安全、有效。

Fever is a common symptom of childhood illness,and high body temperature will have a negative impact on the body. At present,the treatment of pediatric fever mainly include physical cooling and drug defervesce,and drug defervesce plays an important role in the control of fever in children.Through the introduction of the characteristics and matters needing attention of antipyretic drugs commonly used in children,this paper provides a basis for the selection of the appropriate medication for clinical, to avoid inappropriate use of antipyretic drugs in children,and to ensure the safety and effectiveness of drug use in children.
