硝苯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病合并高血压的疗效

Curative effect of nifedipine combined with irbesartan in the treatment of diabetes combined with hypertension

目的:分析硝苯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病合并高血压的疗效。方法:将178例糖尿病合并高血压患者分为常规组和联合组各89例,常规组给予厄贝沙坦降压治疗,联合组给予硝苯地平联合厄贝沙坦降压治疗,观察两组患者疗效及血压。结果:联合组总有效率明显高于常规组(P<0.05);治疗后,联合组血压SBP及DBP均低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:硝苯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病合并高血压具有更好的疗效,且降压效果更为明显。

Objective：To analyze the curative effect of nifedipine combined with irbesartan in the treatment of diabetes combined with hypertension.Methods：178 patients with diabetes combined with hypertension were divided into the routine group and the combined group with 89 cases in each.The routine group was given irbesartan antihypertensive treatment.The combined group was given nifedipine combined with irbesartan antihypertensive treatment.The curative effect and blood pressure of two groups were observed.Results：The total effective rate of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the routine group（P〈0.05）. After treatment,the blood pressure SBP and DBP of the combined group was lower than that of the routine group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Nifedipine combined with irbesartan in the treatment of diabetes combined with hypertension has a better curative effect,and the antihypertensive effect is more obvious.
