防旋髓内钉与锁定钢板置入修复高龄股骨转子间不稳定骨折对髋关节功能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究股骨转子间不稳定骨折高龄患者采用防旋髓内钉以及锁定钢板置入对髋关节功能的影响。方法:收治股骨转子间不稳定骨折高龄患者92例,分两组,各46例。对照组采用股骨近端解剖锁定钢板置入内固定治疗,观察组采用股骨近端防旋髓内钉螺旋刀片置入内固定治疗。观察两组手术情况及术后髋关节功能情况。结果:观察组优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:防旋髓内钉对高龄股骨转子间不稳定骨折效果良好,术后髋关节功能恢复好。 Objective:To study the effect of anti rotation intramedullary nail and locking plate in the elderly patients with unstable intertrochanteric fracture.Methods:92 elderly patients with unstable intertrochanteric fracture were selected.They were divided into two groups,each of 46 cases.The control group was treated with proximal femoral anatomic locking plate fixation,and the observation group was treated with internal fixation of proximal femoral nail anti rotation intramedullary nail.The operation condition and the function of the hip joint were observed in the two groups.Results:The excellent rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The anti rotation intramedullary nail has a good effect on the unstable fracture of the femur in the elderly, and the function of the hip joint is good.
