微小切口进路坚固内固定治疗口腔颌面部骨折临床分析

Clinical analysis of small incision approach solid internal fixation in the treatment of oral maxillofacial fractures

目的:探讨微小切口进路坚固内固定治疗口腔颌面部骨折的临床效果。方法:收治口腔颌面部骨折患者65例,随机分为A组与B组,A组采用传统颌间结扎固定术治疗,B组采用微小切口进路坚固内固定治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:B组的总有效率和并发症发生率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:微小切口进路坚固内固定治疗口腔颌面部骨折的临床效果显著。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of small incision approach solid internal fixation in the treatment of oral maxillofacial fractures.Methods：65 patients with oral maxillofacial fractures were selected.They were randomly divided into A group and B group.A group was treated with conventional ligature fixation between jaw.B group was treated with small incision approach solid internal fixation.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results：The total effective rate and complication rate in B group were significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of small incision approach solid internal fixation in the treatment of oral maxillofacial fractures was significant.
