摘要
目的:探讨腹腔镜手术与开腹手术在结肠癌根治术中的效果。方法:收治结肠癌患者61例,随机分为开腹组和腹腔镜组,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:在腹腔镜组,手术切口长度、平均手术时间、术中出血量、并发症发生率及平均住院天数均优于开腹组(P<0.05)。两组2年存活率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:腹腔镜结肠癌根治术的效果显著。
Objective：To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic operation and open surgery in the treatment of colon cancer. Methods：61 patients with colon cancer were selected.They were randomly divided into the open group and laparoscopic group.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results：In the laparoscopic group,the length of incision,the average operation time,the amount of bleeding,the incidence of complications and the average length of stay were better than those in the open group（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the 2 year survival rate of two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer was significant.
