急诊内科治疗急性胰腺炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical effect of acute pancreatitis treated in emergency internal medicine

目的:探讨急性胰腺炎在急诊内科的治疗效果。方法:收治急性胰腺炎患者90例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规综合治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上实施内科治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率95.6%,明显高于对照组的82.2%(P<0.05)。结论:急性胰腺炎在急诊内科的治疗效果显著。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of acute pancreatitis treated in emergency internal medicine.Methods：90 patients with acute pancreatitis were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated by routine comprehensive treatment.The observation group was given medical treatment on the basis of routine treatment.We compared the therapeutic effects of two groups.Results：In the observation group,the total effective rate of 95.6% was significantly higher than 82.2% of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of acute pancreatitis treated in emergency internal medicine was significant.
