后腹腔镜肾部分切除术治疗肾肿瘤临床效果观察

Observation of the clinical effect of retroperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy in the treatment of renal tumor

目的:探讨后腹腔镜肾部分切除术治疗肾肿瘤的临床效果。方法:收治肾肿瘤患者52例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用开放性肾部分切除术,观察组采用后腹腔镜肾部分切除术,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组出血量、阻断时间和并发症发生率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:后腹腔镜肾部分切除术治疗肾肿瘤临床效果显著。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of retroperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy in the treatment of renal tumor.Methods：52 patients with renal tumor were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated by open renal part resection.The observation group was treated by retroperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results：In the observation group,the amount of bleeding,blocking time and complications were significantly better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of retroperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy in the treatment of renal tumor was significant.
