创伤性凝血功能障碍的早期诊断及新疗法应用

摘要 目的:探讨创伤性凝血功能障碍的早期诊断及新疗法的应用效果。方法:收治创伤性凝血功能障碍患者63例,随机分为观察组和对照组,两组均采用血栓弹力图进行检测诊断,观察组采用新疗法治疗,对照组采用综合药物治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组出血有效控制时间和15 d内的病死率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用血栓弹力图检测诊断创伤性凝血功能障碍可较好地了解患者的凝血状态和血小板功能,采用新疗法治疗创伤性凝血功能障碍可较快地控制患者的出血情况,提高患者的存活率。 Objective:To explore the early diagnosis and new therapy application of traumatic coagulation dysfunction.Methods:63 patients with traumatic coagulation dysfunction were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.Two groups of patients were diagnosed by thromboelastography.The observation group was treated with the new therapy.The control group was treated with comprehensive drugs.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the effective control of bleeding and the mortality within 15 days were lower than those in the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The thromboelastography detection was used to diagnose traumatic coagulation dysfunction.It can better understand the patient's blood coagulation state and platelet function.The new therapy was used to treat traumatic coagulation disorders.It can quickly control the bleeding of patients and improve the survival rate of patients.
