摘要
目的:探讨封闭式负压引流技术联合开放植骨治疗胫骨创伤性骨髓炎的临床疗效。方法:收治胫骨创伤性骨髓炎患者47例,采用封闭式负压引流技术联合开放植骨治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:创面均Ⅰ期愈合,治疗优良率95.7%,关节功能均得到明显恢复。结论:封闭式负压引流技术联合开放植骨治疗胫骨创伤性骨髓炎的临床疗效显著。
Objective：To explore the clinical curative effect of vacuum sealing drainage combined with open bone grafting in the treatment of traumatic tibia osteomyelitis.Methods：47 patients with traumatic tibia osteomyelitis were selected.They were treated by vacuum sealing drainage combined with open bone grafting.We observed the therapeutic effect.Results：All wounds healed by first intention;the excellent and good rate was 95.7% ;joint function was significantly restored.Conclusion：The clinical curative effect of vacuum sealing drainage combined with open bone grafting in the treatment of traumatic tibia osteomyelitis was significant.
