米索前列醇辅助无痛人流的临床效果研究

Study on the clinical effect of misoprostol in painless artificial abortion

目的:临床观察米索前列醇用于无痛人流的效果。方法:收治需行无痛人流手术患者128例,分两组,各64例,观察组给予米索前列醇治疗,对照组除不用药物外其余与观察组相同,比较两组的辅助治疗效果。结果:观察组手术时间、阴道流血时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结果:米索前列醇阴道给药有助于扩张宫颈,改善无痛流产效果、缩短流产时间和术后出血持续时间。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of misoprostol in painless artificial abortion.Methods：128 patients with painless artificial abortion were selected.They were divided into two groups,each of 64 cases.The observation group were given misoprostol treatment.The control group except without drugs,and the rest were the same as the observation group.The adjuvant treatment effect was compared.Results：The operation time and vaginal bleeding time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Results：Misoprostol vaginal administration can help to expand the cervix,improve the effect of painless abortion,shorten the time of abortion and the duration of bleeding.
