唑来磷酸治疗乳腺癌骨转移疼痛60例疗效分析

Curative effect analysis of zoledronic acid in the treatment of 60 patients with the bone metastasis pain in breast cancer

目的:探讨唑来磷酸治疗乳腺癌骨转移疼痛的疗效。方法:收治乳腺癌患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予放化疗治疗,观察组在此基础上给予唑来磷酸治疗。结果:观察组治疗有效率、疼痛缓解率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后生活质量评分及疼痛评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:唑来磷酸治疗乳腺癌骨转移止痛效果明显,有利于减轻患者痛苦,提高生存质量,且不加重不良反应。

Objective：To investigate the efficacy of zoledronic acid in the treatment of bone metastases pain of breast cancer. Methods：60 patients with breast cancer were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy,and the observation group was treated with zoledronic acid on the basis of the control group.Results：The treatment efficiency,pain relief rate of the observation group was significantly higher than those of the control group（P〈0.05）;the quality of life score and pain score of the observation group after the treatment was significantly better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The analgesic effect of zoledronic acid in the treatment of bone metastases of breast cancer is obviously.It is beneficial to reduce the pain of patients,improve the quality of life, and does not increase the adverse reaction.
