达菲林联合达英35治疗重度子宫内膜异位症术后患者的临床疗效分析

Clinical curative effect analysis of diphereline combined with Diane 35 in the treatment of severe endometriosis postoperative patients

目的:探讨达菲林联合达英35治疗重度子宫内膜异位症术后患者的临床疗效。方法:将60例重度子宫内膜异位症术后患者随机分为试验组和对照组各30例,对照组术后肌内注射GnRH-a,治疗组在此基础上加用达英35治疗,比较两组的复发率及不良反应。结果:治疗组累积复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组突破性出血、体重增加发生率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:GnRH-a联合达英35用于重度子宫内膜异位症术后具有明显疗效,有效降低复发率,更安全、可靠。

Objective：To explore the clinical curative effect of diphereline combined with Diane 35 in the treatment of severe endometriosis postoperative patients.Methods：60 cases of severe endometriosis postoperative patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 30 cases in each.The control group was given intramuscular injection GnRH-a after operation.The treatment group was given Diane 35 on this basis.The recurrence rates and adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Results：The cumulative recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The incidence rates of breakthrough bleeding and body mass increase in the treatment group were higher than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：GnRH-a combined with Diane 35 for severe endometriosis after operation has an obvious curative effect.It can effectively reduce the recurrence rate,and it is more safe and reliable.
