鼻内镜下治疗顽固性鼻出血68例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 68 cases of refractory nasal bleeding treated with nasal endoscopy

目的:探讨鼻内镜下治疗顽固性鼻出血的临床疗效。方法:收治顽固性鼻出血患者68例,行鼻内镜下治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:治疗总有效率98.5%,无任何不良反应。结论:鼻内镜下治疗顽固性鼻出血的临床疗效显著。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of refractory nasal bleeding treated with nasal endoscopy.Methods：68 patients with refractory nasal bleeding were selected.They were given nasal endoscopic treatment.We observed the treatment effect.Results：The total effective rate was 98.5%,and there was no adverse reactions.Conclusion：The clinical effect of refractory nasal bleeding treated with nasal endoscopy was significant.
