摘要
目的:探讨还原型谷胱甘肽治疗新生儿窒息后肝功能损害的疗效。方法:收治新生儿窒息后肝功能损害患儿120例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例,治疗组给予还原型谷胱甘肽治疗,对照组给予葡醛内酯治疗。结果:两组治疗后谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、谷氨酰转移转酶、碱性磷酸酶较治疗前均显著降低,且治疗组ALT和AST值较对照组下降更为明显,治愈率也较对照组高。结论:还原型谷胱甘肽对新生儿窒息后肝损害治疗效果好,疗程短,速度快,安全性高。
Objective:To investigate the effect of reduced glutathione on liver function damage after neonatal asphyxia.Methods:120 cases of neonatal asphyxia after neonatal asphyxia were selected.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 60 cases in each group.Patients in the treatment group were given reduced glutathione therapy,while in the control group were treated with glucurolactone.Results:After the treatment,the of valley third transaminase,aspartate aminotransferase,gamma glutamyl transfer transferase and alkaline phosphatase in the two groups were significantly decreased than before the treatment,and the levels of ALT and AST values in the treatment group decreased more significantly than in the control group,and the cure rate also higher than in the control group.Conclusion:Reduced glutathione has good effect on liver damage after neonatal asphyxia,with short course of treatment,rapid onset of action and high security.
