P53、PS2在新辅助化疗中化疗敏感性的预测价值

Predictive value of sensitivity of PS2 and P53 in neoadjuvant chemotherapy

目的：探讨P53、PS2在新辅助化疗中的化疗敏感性的预测价值。方法：对135例乳腺癌患者化疗前经空芯针穿刺,经免疫组化确定P53、PS2表达情况。结果：4~6个周期的密集新辅助化疗后有完整化疗评价结果135例,化疗总有效率76.3%;P53阳性79例、P53阴性56例,化疗有效率分别为81.01%、69.64%;PS2阳性65例、PS2阴性70例,化疗有效率分别为72.31%、80.00%;P53、PS2表达情况与化疗疗效评价差异无统计学意义。结论：P53、PS2表达与新辅助化疗敏感性无明显相关性,不能作为新辅助化疗疗效的敏感因子。

Objective：To evaluate the predictive value of the chemotherapy sensitivity of PS2 and P53 in neoadjuvant chemotherapy.Methods：The expression of P53 and PS2 in 135 patients with breast cancer before the chemotherapy were determined by hollow needle aspiration,immunohistochemistry.Results：After 4~6 cycles of intensive neoadjuvant chemotherapy,a complete evaluation of chemotherapy results in 135 cases,the overall response rate was 76.3%,79 cases were positive for P53,P53 negative in 56 cases,the effective rate of chemotherapy was 81.01%,69.64% respectively;65 cases were positive for PS2 and PS2 negative in 70 cases,the effective rate of chemotherapy was 72.31%,80.00% respectively;P53 and PS2 expression and evaluation of curative effect of chemotherapy had no statistical significance.Conclusion：There was no significant correlation between the expression of P53 and PS2 and the sensitivity to neoadjuvant chemotherapy,which could not be used as a new adjuvant chemotherapy effect.
