颅内脂肪瘤的MRI诊断(附30例报告)

MRI diagnosis of intracranial lipoma(with report of 30 cases)

目的:探讨颅内脂肪瘤的MR(CT)表现。方法:30例患者均经CT和MR检查,确诊为脂肪瘤。结果:MR检查仪在显示颅内脂肪瘤方面具有特征性表现。结论:MR对颅内脂肪瘤的诊断较CT更具优越性。

Objective：To investigate the MR（CT） manifestations of intracranial lipoma.Methods：30 cases were diagnosed as intracranial lipoma by CT and MR examination.Results：MR examination instrument had characteristic performances in the display of intracranial lipoma.Conclusion：MR had the superiority to the diagnosis of intracranial lipoma compared with CT.
