综合性社区护理在脑梗死患者临床治疗中应用效果分析

Analysis of application effect of comprehensive community nursing in clinical treatment of cerebral infarction patients

目的:探讨综合性的社区护理在脑梗死患者中的临床效果。方法:收治脑梗死患者120例,随机分为观察组及对照组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上加综合性社区护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果:观察组的总有效率和满意度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合性的社区护理在脑梗死患者中的临床效果显著。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive community nursing in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods：120 patients with cerebral infarction were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given routine nursing care.The observation group added comprehensive community nursing on the basis of routine nursing.We compared the nursing effect of two groups.Results：In the observation group,the total effective rate and satisfaction were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of comprehensive community nursing in patients with cerebral infarction was significant.
