手术室护理服务中应用沟通方法的价值评估与报道

Value evaluation and report on the application of communication methods in the operation room nursing service

目的:研究并分析手术室护理服务中应用沟通方法的价值和效果。方法:收治手术治疗的患者108例,分两组,各54例,对照组接受常规手术室护理,观察组则加强手术室护理沟通,两组进行对比、分析。结果:观察组手术中血压升高发生率20.4%,明显低于对照组的64.8%(P<0.05)。结论:在接受手术治疗患者的护理过程中,加强护理沟通能够使患者在手术中保持更加稳定的生命体征。

Objective：To study and analyze the value and effect of the application of communication methods in the operation room nursing service.Methods：108 patients with surgical treatment patients were selected.They were divided into two groups,each of 54 cases.The control group received routine operation room nursing.The observation group was to strengthen the operation room nursing communication.The two groups were compared and analyzed.Results：The incidence rate of blood pressure in the observation group was 20.4%,which was significantly lower than 64.8% of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：In the process of nursing patients undergoing surgical treatment,strengthen nursing communication can make patients in the operation to maintain a more stable vital signs.
