糖尿病患者自我管理中引进同伴互动支持模式的临床效果研究

Clinical effect of the introduction of peer interaction support model in the self-management of patients with diabetes

目的:探讨同伴互动支持模式在糖尿病患者自我管理中的应用效果。方法:收治糖尿病患者116例,随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组采用常规护理,试验组采用同伴互动支持模式护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:试验组的自我管理行为明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:同伴互动支持模式在糖尿病患者自我管理中的应用效果显著。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of the introduction of peer interaction support model in the self-management of patients with diabetes.Methods：116 patients with diabetes were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group was given routine care.The experimental group was given peer interaction support model. We compared the nursing effect of the two groups.Results：The self management behavior of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of the introduction of peer interaction support model in the self-management of patients with diabetes was significant.
