多发性肋骨骨折致反常呼吸10例的观察及护理

Observation and nursing discussion of 10 cases of abnormal breathing caused by multiple rib fracture

目的:探讨多发性肋骨骨折致反常呼吸患者的临床特征及临床护理方法。方法:观察10例多发性肋骨骨折致反常呼吸患者的病情,根据患者病情制定护理干预措施对患者实施临床护理。结果:10例患者均行手术治疗,9例术后康复出院,1例患者术后切口发生感染,给予临床处理后康复出院。护理干预后,患者疼痛程度明显减轻(P<0.05),患者SF-36量表评分明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:观察多发性肋骨骨折致反常呼吸患者的病情,为患者制定具有针对性的临床护理措施,有利于改善患者预后状况。

Objective：To discuss the clinical characteristics and clinical nursing methods of patients with abnormal breathing caused by multiple rib fracture.Methods：The conditions of 10 patients with abnormal breathing caused by multiple rib fracture were observed.According to the patients＆#39; condition,the nursing intervention measures were formulated to implement the clinical nursing of patients.Results：10 patients were given operation treatment.9 patients recovered and discharged,1 patient had postoperative wound infection,and they was rehabilitation discharge after clinical procedures.After nursing intervention,the pain degree of patients was significantly reduced（P〈0.05）,and SF-36 scale score was significantly increased（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Observation of the condition of patients with abnormal breathing caused by multiple rib fracture,and formulating targeted clinical nursing measures are beneficial to improve the prognosis of patients.
