目的:探讨项目管理在控制区镇医院多重耐药菌患者外出检查交叉感染中的应用。方法:在多重耐药菌患者外出检查中应用项目管理,在项目管理中总结经验,进行知识积累。结果:相关人员的多重耐药菌知识掌握程度均较前提高,运转过程无交叉感染现象发生。结论:项目管理手法在控制区镇医院多重耐药菌患者外出检查交叉感染率中作用明显。

Objective：To explore the application of the project management in the going out examination of multiple drug resistant bacteria patients cross infection in the control area town hospital.Methods：The project management was applied in the going out examination of multiple drug resistant bacteria patients.The experience was summarized in the project management,and the knowledge was accumulated.Results：The multiple drug resistant bacteria knowledge master degree of related personnel were improved than before,and there was no cross infection in operation process.Conclusion：The project management has an obvious effect on the going out examination of multiple drug resistant bacteria patients cross infection in the control area town hospital.
