本文从文化、医院文化的概念出发,结合宜昌市西陵社区卫生服务中心文化建设的实践,探讨社区医院文化建设的途径和方法。
This paper,from the concept of culture and hospital culture,combined with the practice of culture construction of xiling community health service center of Yichang City,explores the way and method of community hospital culture construction.
