摘要
水平井分段压裂技术对分段级数有较高要求。传统投球滑套的球座内孔尺寸呈级差式变化,分段级数受限,无法实现管柱全通径。研制了一种投同尺寸球开启不限级数的新型滑套。该滑套通过具有计数功能的爬行器和带有多个凹槽的内筒配合动作,实现投同尺寸球开启不同级数滑套功能及管柱全通径。地面试验和现场应用表明,该滑套具有开启、承压及启动球返排功能,具备推广应用前景。
The horizontal well staged fracturing technology demands a lot on the stages.Traditional ball-activated fracturing sleeves have graduated ball seat sizes for each additional zone,which seriously hinders its ability of stages and the aim of full-bore tubing.As an alternative,based on one size ball-activation,a brand new sliding sleeve has been designed for unlimited multistage fracture.This innovative fracturing sleeve depends on two key components of a count device and an inner sleeve to work.When the sealing ball is pumped down,it will be blocked temporarily by front contracted elastic branches of the count device until the ball takes the count device a step forward to make those contracted branches released.Experiments and a field application show that this new fracturing sleeve can be opened correctly and have the designed anti-pressure strength.All the sealing balls can be expelled out of the well after operation.The technology is supposed to show an extensively promising future.
